Returns and Eligibility Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Custom wigs, clearance items, and select accessories may not be eligible for return. Please contact our customer service team at tgregorcyk01@gmail.com before returning any item.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to our support team to facilitate the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
